Group psychotherapy is the process through which groups of people share experiences, feelings, difficulties and worries that may affect their everyday lives. Through the psychotherapeutic process, the individuals realize that they have common difficulties and concerns with other members of the team, learn alternative ways of coping with their difficulties, explore and recognize deeper aspects of themselves, improve their interpersonal skills, etc.
